Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, am vergangenen Wochenende habe ich an Ihrem Intensivkurs "Deutsch sprechen" teilgenommen. Auf Ihrer Website wurde der Kurs als Kleingruppe mit maximal zwölf Personen angeboten. Tatsächlich waren jedoch 24 Teilnehmer im Kurs. Außerdem ist die zweite Unterrichtseinheit am Sonntag kurzfristig ausgefallen und wurde nicht ersetzt. Mehrere Teilnehmer haben sich am Samstag bereits bei der Kursleitung beschwert. Unter diesen Bedingungen war es kaum möglich, ausreichend zu sprechen, obwohl genau das der Hauptgrund für meine Buchung war. Daher bin ich mit der Leistung nicht zufrieden. Ich bitte Sie um eine teilweise Rückerstattung der Kursgebühr oder einen Gutschein für einen zukünftigen Workshop. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Sara König
