Write a formal email to the language school.
- explain which course you attend
- explain the problem
- ask if you can change groups
- say which times would work for you

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, zurzeit besuche ich Ihren A2-Kurs am Dienstag- und Donnerstagabend. Ab nächster Woche ändert sich jedoch meine Arbeitszeit, deshalb kann ich dienstags nicht mehr am Unterricht teilnehmen. Gibt es die Möglichkeit, in eine andere A2-Gruppe zu wechseln? Besonders gut würden mir Montag und Mittwoch am Abend passen. Alternativ könnte ich auch an einem Vormittagskurs teilnehmen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Unterstützung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Mina Park
