Every Goethe module is scored out of 100 and you pass with 60. Hören is about 20 minutes at A1 (15 questions), about 30 at A2 (20) and about 40 at B1 (30). In practice, each right answer counts and the page marks the ones you missed.
The speakers get faster and the questions ask for more than one detail. A1 has 3 Teile (short conversations, announcements and phone messages); A2 has 4 Teile (short texts, a conversation about plans, short conversations and an interview); B1 has 4 Teile (short texts, a talk, a conversation and a radio discussion).
On the practice pages, yes: the player has no play limit, so replay a text as often as you like. The real exam plays each text once or twice, depending on the Teil. The page for each Teil says which.
